🟡 Open to international travelers with restrictions

All travelers can enter Spain if they show one of the following:

  • Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination

  • Negative PCR Covid-19 test (not more than 72 hours) or a negative Antigen test (not more than 24 hours before departure)

  • Proof of recovery from Covid-19 (valid for 180 days following the date of the initial positive test result).

Where can I get a PCR or antigen test within 24 hours?

Quiron’s clinic is a good choice if you're based in that area, but you can get a COVID-19 test in most private clinics and medical centers in Valencia.

Can I get vaccinated in Valencia as a foreigner?

Yes, most private hospitals should offer vaccination to non-residents.

For non-EU citizens that want to stay in Spain for longer than 3 months, they have a few options:

  • Self-Employment Work Visa — For setting up your own business in Spain.

  • The Entrepreneur Visa — For investing in a business in Spain.

At the moment, there is no perfect option for digital nomads to stay longer in Spain while working remotely. Hopefully, the upcoming Digital Nomad visa will bridge this gap! In the meantime, Immigration-Spain (Balcells) and Lexidy are good choices for visa information and help with applications.
