All travelers can enter Spain if they show one of the following:
Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination
Negative PCR Covid-19 test (not more than 72 hours) or a negative Antigen test (not more than 24 hours before departure)
Proof of recovery from Covid-19 (valid for 180 days following the date of the initial positive test result).
Where can I get a PCR or antigen test within 24 hours?
You can get a COVID-19 test in Valencia in most private clinics (around €120 for a PCR test & €30 for an antigen test).
Can I get vaccinated here as a foreigner?
Yes, Spain announced it will provide vaccines regardless of your health insurance status. Check in with the nearest clinic or hospital in Valencia.
Visa information
For non-EU citizens that want to stay in Spain for longer than 3 months, they have a few options:
Self-Employment Work Visa — For setting up your own business in Spain.
The Entrepreneur Visa — For investing in a business in Spain.
At the moment, there is no perfect option for digital nomads to stay longer in Spain while working remotely. Hopefully, the upcoming Digital Nomad visa will bridge this gap! In the meantime, Immigration-Spain (Balcells) and Lexidy are good choices for visa information and help with applications.
