Fully vaccinated travelers don't need a pre-departure PCR test anymore, nor proof of travel insurance. You have to download the PeduliLindungi app (Android | IOS) to verify your travel documents before your trip.
Travelers that are not vaccinated (or have only received the first dose) will have to show a negative PCR test result (no older than 72 hours) upon arrival, and quarantine for 5 days.

Visa information
More than 80+ nationalities can get a Visa on Arrival (30 days with an option to extend for a maximum of 60 days.) Visa fee is $35 and can only be made in cash (USD is accepted!)

B211A Visit Visa: Can be applied for online, and it will give you 60 days with an option to extend to 180 days. Keep in mind that they will ask you to prove a minimum of US$2,000 per month.
